Lane Change Assist deactivated after crossing the border

Hi bimmers, this is my first post and need community help. If my problem could be solved then the solution will help others for sure.

I'm trying to code LCA to make it working again. It worked fine until I crossed the border to Romania.
I can't figured out why one code in BDC_BODY is missing.
I hope someone can point me to the right direction

The car and options:
X3 30e 2020 region EUR with latest software update from 04.2022
S15A-25-03-550
i-Step 7, I think it's Lite version
Driving Assistant Plus 5AT
Speed Limit Assist
The other "assistances" (lane change warning etc) are working by default

I've tried to code the HU-MGU, BDC_BODY2 and SAS2 using BimmerUtility latest version, mapping 4.53.30 in Expert Mode. I don't have E-Sys with a launcher.

HU-MGU module:
"Spurwechselassistent" - Changed to Gen_1 -> Lane change assist option appears in Car-Driving Assistance-Driving but it is not selectable. Probably it's missing settings in another ECU
BDC_BODY2 module:
"SPURWECHSEL_ASSISTENT" option is missing and probably this is why LCA doesn't work
SAS Module:
C_SWA_Vorhanden - Changed this to True
C_SWA_Land_Aktiv - Edit Werte and changed to "FF, FF, FF, FF"
8TR in Salapa is disabled by default (at least this is what BimmerUtility shows)
