AUX for e90

Hello guys, i recently bought an 320i 2005. Fortunately it has AUX IN, but doesn't have the aux in MODE, so i tried to program it, but it doesn't seem to work. I also tried the Bluetooth car adapter, but sometimes it doesn't work. What should i do?
