NCSEXPERT help menu in English

I translated the original NCSEXPERT help menu from German to English.  It is a ".chm" file.  If anybody wants a copy, here is a link:

Search your NCSEXPERT folder for the NCSEXPERT.CHM file and replace it with this one.
