My point being: there are 2 versions of Ediabas in use with your Win10 setup and that creates a nice mess. I suggest to reinstall Win10 and only install Standard Tools and ISTA 4.39.20 on fresh Windows OS. Then make sure to understand which Ediabas version your ISTA has.
