BMW E60 no communication possible with many modules

Hello,

my E60 (520i, N43B20OL) had one morning when i started it a rough idle, like on 3 cylinders. A half filled CEL was displayed. First i changed the coil. But it didn't help. Now i read the fault codes with ISTA-D. It has problems to communicate with many modules. 

Errors Codes are:

S0072 Control Center
S0085 DSC
S0098 Electric Fuel Pump module
S0119 Instrument panel
S0376 MOST Gateway


What Problems can cause this? Broken Fuses? Broken Cable? Or a broken Module?

I had a similar communication issues using ISTA where I was unable to communicate with modules. The discovery in my case, was the eccentric sensor plug was full of oil. Cleaning out the sensor and the pins on the plug resolved many of the errors. I was now confronted with the issue of a bad eccentric sensor which I found to be a common fault ,though no codes were thrown. I decided to changed the seal on the valve cover around the sensor and that dramatically reduced the oil. The fumes seeping out accumulate in the well of the sensor especially with the beauty cover on. Could be worth an investigation.
