Adding service history to MGU unit

Hi, is it possible to add Service History to the G20 with MGU headunit?
I have experience with SMH Lite for Evo ID6 unit, but I've never did MGU.

Did anyone mange to write service history to G - MGU?
I tried with SMH Lite, but it cannot connect to the car. I got error: 
"10051: (10051) Network is unreachable."

Any solutions?

 I do apologies, BUT!
What exactly is useful on the 3rd post!!?? Its just a photo!
I did Google it a lot! And everywhere I read, that there was no success writing to G, with MGU, not Evo, etc.. MGU is the question.
And I have read a lot of forums and watch a lots of videos. But no definition for MGU.

But eventually I got it working. I don't know how. After many attempts, the SMH did recognize my car (which was the main reason) and got it working.
If anyone has the same problem, try to do it more times and wait a bit longer. PS the car has to be in diagnostic mode (also not specifically defined).

You can try the BMW HU Service Manager 3.0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1R9kL-3pEio)
Its in german, but it should work on G Series too.
