Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some guidance on coding the High Beam Assist (HBA) for my 2018 BMW 340i. As far as I know, my car has option 5AC (FA) with LED adaptive lights and Kafas2. I've tried activating HBA by enabling some options across various modules (unfortunately, I can't remember exactly which ones I adjusted), but it seems that HBA is not functioning as expected. The high beams stay on all the time instead of automatically turning on and off as they should.
Given that my car doesn’t have the HBA button on the column stalk. I activated the 'auto on' HBA feature.
I’m wondering if there’s an additional FA I need to add, or perhaps some specific CAFD coding that needs to be done elsewhere to get HBA working correctly.
Any advice or detailed steps would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
