Tuning/Delete sf egr etc. for the M57 engine?

Hi. 

I see there is a MHD Flashing app for the Nxx engine, but not for anny Mxx enginge. 

Anyone know why this is ? Is the M57 more difficault to acces? 
I thougt the M57 engine is a better engine to tune etc. 

So i hoped someone did a app for thag engine to.
