EGS and RAM modules missing after flash, ethernet

2019 BMW X5 50i

Car been running fine but after I found that it had some ethernet errors (Special Equipment) and a DME error for wrong coding (via ProTool) I thought to get Esys going and update to 2025-07-540 from a prior 2024 firmware I-Step.

First go of flashing worked fine but only updated a few modules (even though with a bunch showing to be updated, red). Trying to re-trace steps but I'm wondering if a hwDeinstall/Install on existing modules took out my EGS and RAM. Reading the ECU and doing a calc, choosing the same new firmware 'discovers' both modules but they are entirely in red.

Battery disconnected for hours, checked ISTA and have it at the point now that no modules are in Transport mode, just related errors for the EGS being unresponsive (power and fuses have looked fine, same for RAM).

Trying to figure out what others have done to bring back modules that just 'dissapear' after flashing.



Note: Did load a prior SVT_Soll (or whatever it is called) and wrote to VCM. Show up in red still.
