PSdZ Data Full not showing in ISTA

After having no luck with the lite data, I downloaded the full PSdZ Data 4.60.11 for ISTA+ 4.56.30 SA on my external hard drive and unpacked it there. 

I created a mklink to my external hard drive.

Origin of data on external drive: D:\psdzdata

Destination: C:\Program Files\BMW\ISPI\TRIC\ISTA\PSdZ\data_swi\psdzdata

The linking works, but ISTA still shows n/a on programming data. In ISTA under ''Programming data'' the I-Levels are showing, in ''Version'' there is no database for Rheingold Programming showing.

I executed the .reg files in the folder... Which entry do I need to check specifically?
