ISTA Standalone 4.49.23 Activated.
This is the work of a group of wonderful people from the neighboring forum, I just put the patch and files in Torrent format for easier use.

Run the installer, test. If it doesn't work, replace config file with provided one in the folder.

No I didn't have that issue since during installation you need to tick in all the connection types you wish to install the software with

I selected everything during the installation and have now installed it several times.

Unfortunately I only have the two options see photo
