any chance anyone here give me a hand getting this going right

i have 4.39.20 installed and running on my main laptop and dont want to upset that so
trying to get this going on a older laptop first just for diagnostics ie no programming as short on drive space and i used Esys for programming anyway

first error so im getting is about minimum system spec of laptop cpu but i think thats ok as it says it just will run slower
second error is about a fault accoured last time ISTA was installed and start launcher to repair but i presume thats because no Full psdzdata installed for programming

ISTA starts , i try Operations/New/Vin and enter in my 17 digit vin but its coming back with
"the identified vehicle is incompatible with current brand setting.check correct brand setting and repeat the id processing of the case was cancelled by the system"

i click on setting/client settings but select brand is greyed out and none of them are selected
so i cant change it
any ideas.

sorted the brand selection bit with a reboot.. opppss as i had applied reg again.

EXTRACT AND PUT ALL THE NECESSARY FILES INTO THE MAIN RHEINGOLD FOLDER SUCH AS SQLITEDBS AND BLP FILE.

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHERE THEY GO BY NOW IF YOU ARE DOWNLOADING THIS.

RENAME THE RHEINGOLD FOLDER TO ISTA AND PUT IN IN C:/EC-APPS/

RUN THE REG FILE AND FIRE UP ISTA-D 4.49.41
