I can't install ista

I did the following steps

Install BMW_ISPI_iLean_ISPI_Admin_Client.
Install BMW_ISPI_ISTA LAUNCHER.
Then I tried to install BMW_ISPI_ISTA-APP_4.49.40.28694 but I always get the following error message

does anyone knows if I should save all of this files in under the path: C:\EC-APPS.
At the moment I have them on an external drive and when I try to install it, it's fast and I cannot find the BMW Group ISPI Admin Client to run it.
Does anyone have the full instalation steps?
