ISTA + for BMW Gran Tourer 220i (2019)

I hope you're all doing well, and thank you for this resourceful forum.

Apologies in advance for my question about whether I posted it in the wrong section or if it is not relevant to the purpose. I’m new to this forum, so please advise.

Could someone help me find a full installer for ISTA+ 4.51.20 (AdminClient, ISTA Launcher) and the relevant tools for the below?

I’ve recently got back into this field after buying a BMW Gran Tourer 220i (2019). It consumes a lot of fuel and has a few error codes (diagnosed both by Sytner and myself using WOW Snooper+). BMW has quoted me £252 for a software update, and as you may know, they will go to the next payment request and move up going forward, but I’ve decided to take the risk and do it myself.

My goals are to:

• Properly diagnose the issues
  
• Activate hidden features for fun (including CarPlay)
  
• Update the software
  

I have some experience working (Programming and JTAG for EPROM & FLASH chips, as well as micro-soldering, SMD and BGA) with computers, phones, and tablets. I aslo worked with car radios, odometers and diagnostics (2006-2007 / 2009-2011); I am familiar with Bosch ESI KTS520, 550, 650, and Wow Snooper +, but I haven’t worked with ISTA+ until now nor with coding like CarPlay on BMW.

What I Have:

1. ENET Cable (tested and working)
   
2. ISTA+ 4.49.23 (not functional—crashes before establishing a connection, despite having all necessary VC, NET, Java, etc. installed)
   
3. v4.52.15 PSdZData (Full)
   
4. Myself—an "old" guy rediscovering this field!
   
5. And you—the best support I could ask for!
