Road map Way 2025-1 lifetime code, need advice

I'm new here. Sorry I asked in the Road Map Thread first. Hope I'm now right here?

Can you please help me? I need advice.

Can you please give me a step by step manual to create my lifetime code with the keygen? 
Or can you do that for me? 
My car is a BMW i3 from 2019 with the Road Map Europe Way 2019-1 K1927D1R and updated DE 2022-1 installed.
Now I want to install the Road map Way 2025-1.
I already download the Road Map and the keygen here.

Did I need only my FIN or something else to create my lifetime key with the keygen?
My VIN is 7E85948

Or do I need some other hardware and software to do that? Also another file on a USB Stick from my i3 on-board computer?

I just ordered me an Bluetooth OBD2 adapter for the bimmercode android app. But I don't know what I can do all with that app yet.

There are generators such as Hu Engineering tool and EsysX, but they cost plenty or unavailable. No free generators available for these map versions. An FSC code is needed for map update. I can generate, PM for details.
