Stubborn A/C problem
#1
about the car: bmw e60 520i "LCI" from 2010 125kw with AN N43B20A engine

Would appreciate some help with this problem im facing.

currently im getting 2 fault codes in ista d:

9c6a compressor clutch:
signal or value above threshold

9c6f compressor refrigerant control valve:
Fault currently present: no signal or value

I've replaced the a/c pump and also a new pressure sensor which reads 5v

from my understanding this is a variable displacement compressor. The denso dcp05108. When unplugging the cable and putting it back in the clutch does click in and is always running when engine is on(normal operation).

When pressing my a/c button on ihka panel nothing happens except a/c light comes on. The engine idling speed doesnt go up for a bit which makes me think the ihka panel is not requesting anything from the dme (Not sure if this is the correct procedure). What im wondering right now is who is responsible for the pwm going to the compressor control valve and sends the pulses? The ikha or dme?
All fuses are also checked
And wiring has power and ground
