Installed it 1st time round and got the code above then ended up with 5 shortcuts on desktop that led to nothing. 

Ista app from startup menu wouldnt do anything

Tried reinstall and i get same 2  errors

"Installer is not responding"

And shortly after

"Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software"

Firewall is turned off

Can anyone point me in right direction
