You should be able to code all parameters/features within all ecu's with bimmerutility. I dont own a 530 so about that specific adjustments i dont know if they are possible or not. I advice you to look into cheat sheets to see the available options.
You can also consider bimmercode. If that options are not listed on standard mode you have advanced mode that has all entries to configure.
