Bimmerlink @ Apple CarPlay

I have purchased the Iphone apps “Bimmerlink” and “Bimmercode” for my BMW 530d Xdrive LCI series G30 (year of manufacture 2021) for a fee in the Apple App Store. These apps are working so far. I also bought the CarPlay add-on for Bimmerlink yesterday. The apps are connected to the car via the UCSI-2100 OBD adapter.
 
BEFORE purchasing the CarPlay add-on, I configured a dashboard with numerous measurement variables on the iPhone under Bimmerlink. This dashboard worked correctly on the iPhone. CarPlay also connects to the car and displays live readings after a few seconds.
 
Now two problems:
(1) Of the numerous measured values, only the first ones are shown on the car's (navigation) display due to space constraints. Despite the up/down arrow on the right-hand side of the screen, I can't get past the “first” measured value displays. Neither with the rotary pushbutton nor by touching the arrow keys on the display. Where is my error in thinking?
(2) On the iPhone dashboard, I have drastically reduced the number of readings to just 5. On Carplay, the original large number of readings remains (within which I can only scroll up and down a little (I can't get past readings beginning with the letter “A”)).
I have disconnected and reconnected the UCSI adapter, switched the ignition off and on again, disconnected and reconnected the Bimmerlink: The large number of readings (but only with the initial letter “A”) on Carplay remains. What am I doing wrong?
