Unzipped file you sent in ISPI admin client folder, launched exe (version 24.2.118.357) and it ask me for the username and password again.

What's wrong? Something wrong with filled data on licence request?

Did you delete all files from the existing folder first? Restarted them? The launcher must not be running while you are copying the files.
If your license request was created with street name 01 or something like that, this is also a possible cause!
