F40 Rear Camera Retrofit Guide

Hi, I understand how to rewire the KAFAS module, but I’ve run into a problem with the switch. It requires PIN 54 of plug A258*9B, which is already in use. The same goes for PIN 54 of A259*8.

Since this pin seems to be part of the wake-up line, is it safe to simply bond these connections together? Or would that cause issues with signal interference or module communication?

Any advice or experience with this setup would be much appreciated!
