honestly speaking , I didn't understand what is exactly your problem now
ISTA installation path can't be changed since v4.50 if I'm not mistaken , even if you try to manipulate the C: letter , that wont help .
so if you have a small C: drive , then the only solution is to upgrade your HDD.
