1- 4.45 is more than enough for F10
2- If you are doing coding only for your self ,then the cracked version of the Esys Launcher pro v2.8 is also more than enough for your F10
3- Esys version is decided by the launcher you are going to use , Launcher pro 2.8 supports up to esys 3.30 or something like this , can't remember exactly but only old Esys versions are compatible .
