Hi Rob,
I wanted to clear something up — ISTA was never registered on my desktop. I only downloaded and extracted it there because of the file size, and I didn’t realize each machine creates its own hardware ID. Now that ISTA is running on my laptop, I need the license tied to this hardware ID:
B5286D6-5082026-681FD33-CC87E0D
Posting this so others know about the hardware‑ID difference.
