Combox retrofit issue

Hi guys. Looking for any insight, I just did cic retrofit from no nav, as well as combox retrofit. When we initially did the coding Bluetooth was working fine. Then the second time I drove it the screen started glitching kind of, so I un-paired my phone and repaired and now I only have option for Bluetooth audio (music) no telephone. We have checked all codes added to the vo and everything looks fine. My friend is doing the coding and he did his x6m combox retrofit we compared everything. Kind of stumped as to what could be wrong especially since it was there and working and then the box disappeared. I have tried using my iphone in my wife’s x5 it works fine, and I tried an android phone in my car and it was the same. 2011 335d
