Help Please - RTTI not Working in F30 2018 ID6 NBT-EVO

hello, how are you friends? my RTTI service has magically stopped working, as well as my weather and news app. my vehicle completed 3 years of use and the services stopped. I have already tried authorized diagnosis, without success . We flash the central and recode to version X of the map. unsuccessfully. any tips or help please
