Hi,

You can add <add key="BMW.Rheingold.ISTAGUI.disableCheckSystemRequirements" value="true" /> in the <!-- OperationalMode --> section.

I have Ista 4.22.22 running on my Windows 7 (32bits) without even the need to add the above line.
So you may want to try older version of ISTA, if latest don't work on your Win7 machine.
