E60 automatic to manual

Hello masters, i have problem e60 2005 european diesel replaced automatic gearbox to manual, i already deleted VO 205 and code cas and kombi, vechile start without problem without error centre display, i need to flash or update DDE with winkfp, with diesel manual gearbox ZBE number,  electic fun work with non-stop, i need ZBE number diesel with manual gearbox  please help... thank advance
