You can use the torrent, much faster and reliable than Google Drive.
Unfortunately the latest version just added to the torrent, so not many seed's for high speed downloads. But you can download 4.29.1x from torrent

Yes, if you open ISTA_Standalone.txt you will see the torrent link there
