Is anyone else having issues using it ? It will load but nothing is selectable. It’s like a ghost white color but nothing but settings menu can pull up. Purchase code is correct and nothing has been modified since purchase just won’t work

hello solution for this problem is  rename folder installation "bimmerutilty" to if you want and run application .exe then enter your code actvation 
 pour resoudre le problem il faut renomer le dossier dinstalation et relacer le programe et re entré la clé et il va ce lancer

new Headunit? you mean a brand new headunit , or new to you but it is a used headunit ??
