I tried updating with BMW Road Map Europe EVO 2025-2, but the update failed at 75%. Now the navigation system can't start and throwing error "Data unusable on USB". Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Bad usb flash memory , use another one

Yep, you're right. It was faulty SD to usb card adapter.
