Unzipped file you sent in ISPI admin client folder, launched exe (version 24.2.118.357) and it ask me for the username and password again.

What's wrong? Something wrong with filled data on licence request?

Did you delete all files from the existing folder first? Restarted them? The launcher must not be running while you are copying the files.
If your license request was created with street name 01 or something like that, this is also a possible cause!

Hi all,

If anyone has the time and patience, would you mind sending me a PM with instructions or some basic pointers on how to install this, and also where to get hold of the other software needed, which District mentioned. I've tried and got stuck a few times, also not sure if I’m carrying out the installation in the correct order.
