Запустите установщик, проверьте. Если не работает, замените файл конфигурации на предоставленный в папке.

installed it and tried to connect computer > lan > icom > obd and get this message.
what's the easist way to solve that problem?

I dont speak German too well, but this isn't necessarily an error. I have seen this popup before and it's telling you something along the lines of that you are connected directly to your ICOM with the LAN cable and that if it doesn't work to check your network settings. Does the vehicle not identify properly after clicking okay?

it will not identify the vehicle (F11). it jumps back to the start.
i tried LAN and WLAN. same problem.

Are you using the registry options for Programming enabled or no? I would recommend deleting the all the registry keys under "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup" and reinstall ISTA. Use the No Programming options included with the download just to test if it's able to identify the vehicle.
