This is the work of a group of wonderful people from the neighboring forum, I just put the patch and files in Torrent format for easier use.

ставил на диск D, правил REG файл перед внесением в реестр на правильный директорий установки, но все равно не работает пробивка по VIN [ https://youtu.be/nmW37OAxPJE ], скидывает программу в ноль с прилагаемыми конфигурационными файлами, что-то не так . к авто пока не подключался , но проверю
