installed but in vehicle interface settings i don't have the option to select connect using default ediabas bin file. only shows local icom/enet option.

update. figured it out.

move the config file to the main folder and rename it to the original then run the reg file either with or no programming then the settings should be there

Which configuration file do you use? EDIABAS.INI?

Using the full database with this version of ISTA, after the connection to the car, there is no vehicle identification test. It just stops.

Do you have any idea?

This is the work of a group of wonderful people from the neighboring forum, I just put the patch and files in Torrent format for easier use.

Run the installer, test. If it doesn't work, replace config file with provided one in the folder.
