CCC Stuck BMW Logo

I have a 2008 BMW E70 3.0si where the CCC radio is stuck on the BMW logo.

I would like to know who I can get in contact for a programming of the CCC module on a 2008 BMW E70 3.0si that is stuck with BMW logo I already used ISTA D to look at the modules 

ISTA +
MASK/CCC Ecu with programming abort
SDARS not responding
CBX-MEDIA not responding
ULF-SBX-H not responding.

BO Module Global Communication COAPI 7406 communication problem

My ICOM B MOST adapter is having trouble loading (System) light is Red
No light on (MOST)

The Fiber Optic MOST from the radio only sends 1 light.

My equipment
Clone ICOM Next A + B is being used with a power supply
Windows 11 Laptop
Itool Radar
ISTA D 4.24
ISTA P 3.67

Before ICOM I was using a K+DCAN cable with ISTA D, ISTA P, WinKFP, NCS Expert, INPA, Bimmercode

Do I have a Hardware issue with a module or a Programming issue or a equipment issue or a setup issue?

2008 BMW E70 CCC Stereo Fixed using ISTA P 3.67, iToolRadar, EasyConnect Utility using MOST_ASYNC_ab625, ICOM Next Clone, ICOM B Genuine from BMW, took me 5:30 Hours.

before you start , update the CCC with the repair cd. choose it by your hardware number.
