SLI & SLA Activation in the not supported country

Hi everyone,

Recently I moved from to the country where BMW Services like Speed Limit Recognition, etc are not available. In case if someone has such expirience please give me an advise on how to activate SLI/SLA in the non-supported country.


I read that it's enough to change parameters C_SLA_aSLA_Land_Aktiv
C_SLA_Streckenregelung_Land_Aktiv to FF in the DSC_VIP module, but not sure that it's enough.

Does anyone have experience with that or has a Cheat Sheet?

my car is the pre LCI G20 with MGU headunit. with I-Level: S18A-24003-566

there are also some variables with longer strings approx 98 positions of xx, xx, where x being something in HEX value and relates to individual countries by order and american states. You basically replace any value with 00, and that should enable the feature in that country. You have country list somehwere on the net google it.

Try in KAFAS: COUNTRY_SLINPI_MODE = change wert all to 00
