Coding with ISTA+ remotely

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I have a question, maybe someone can help me.
The following configuration:
Rheingold ISTA+ 4.39.20 is running on my PC at home, since my laptop doesn't have the requirements to run ISTA+.

Now I want to connect remotely from my laptop to my PC, where ISTA+ is running.

My question/problem is how do I access the Ethernet adapter on the laptop, since ISTA+ runs on the PC, not the laptop.

Both devices, PC and laptop, are on the same network without internet access (regarding security and external attacks).

Does anyone have any idea how I can get this configuration to work?

PS: Unfortunately, connecting directly to the PC doesn't work, as it's on the first floor and the vehicle isn't directly in front of the door!

Install Radmin VPN on both and create a network. Install BU Remote tool also on both and connect to car
Both PCs must be on the same network in Radmin VPN and running Remote tool

as @JSC said , RADMIN VPN is the best solution these days.
