Yes, via EasyConnect reserve REMOTE with correct IP and OBD_ab625 mode.
If you want use only BU without Esys, go to BU setting and add ICOM IP address.

i got a Problem. I got a new original ICOM Next A from BMW. I did the latest FW update  with ISTA and the ICOM is working fine. Now i bought BU but im not able to connect with the ICOM. I put in only the IP, then IP and many Ports. But no one was working.

i got a Problem. I got a new original ICOM Next A from BMW. I did the latest FW update  with ISTA and the ICOM is working fine. Now i bought BU but im not able to connect with the ICOM. I put in only the IP, then IP and many Ports. But no one was working.

You might need to reserve icom with for example itoolradar. And use the port BU gives you in the example. No need to reconfigure ediabas or smth.
