Error with ISTA

Hello All,
 I install ISTA on Win10 64Bit, all works perfect but I get the warning message when starting. I click on OK then all is perfect.
Any idea why this error and how to fix it?

See attached, I think am already use what you said. But still this error.
Any idea?
