Nbt evo error ...did anyone know how to fix this ?

Hello everyone , I'm writing here and hope someone can help me . I have a problem with my nbt evo , there is no text on menu. Every voice in idrive menu is without text.   No problems with VIN and CAFD and i can code everything in FDL . Did somebody know what is wrong and how to fix this? Thanks  to all of you .

It’s just like this on bench, put it in car and it will show text

Tryed in car too , still without text , flashed too and nothing ....there is something I can code in FDL ?? Thanks.
