Hi! I need some help with this please. I want to upgrade the skin? of my unit. I read that this is possible and it takes some coding that can be installed via usb. Is there a guide or something anywhere? My VIN is 5E88668.

Use guide from the forum and flash your HU EVO to the newest iLevel and then code with esys:

HMI_ID_VERSION: id6_lite
HMI_VERSION: id4_plus_plus

I have updated to the latest software available. Can you or anyone help me with the generation of the .bin file?

You don't need any .bin.
You can code with esys+launcher and e-net cable. I have posted fdl codings for that.
