Installing Driving Light

I installed a light bar and didn't want to drill any holes to mount an additional switch on the dashboard. I wanted it to come on with the fog lights so wired a relay coil into the rt fog light circuit and ran power from the battery to power the lights, simple. Works fine but sometimes the light bar comes on with my LH signal light. Used yellow/brown wire for coil power and brown as ground. Where am I getting power from when signal light is on? Tried both rt and left fog light circuit, same thing. Any good electricians out there?
