If you use PSdZdata Full 4.27.20 to flash the Evo, you gonna get V o W version, not O version.
For O version, you need older PSdZdata full (like 4.13.11).

Yes, is V version.

I exactly follow the indications of @Rob  guide, very easy. 
The last step to start the upgrade, press FINSH:
