NBT EVO ID4 dead

Hello, I have a NBT Evo ID4 that doesn't give any signal or turn on the fiber light. I think there must have been a short circuit in the wires and something must have burned in the EVO. does anyone know if there is any type of fuse inside the EVO and where is it?
