Error with FA when downgrading

Hi guys, attempting to downgrade ASD module to lower firmware to support engine noise from ASD. 

Loaded up E-sys 3.25.3 with 2014 PsdzData. It allows me to connect and calculate SVT/Soll and Tal Calculation but when trying to activate the FA I get the following error 

No FP could be generated from FA "". [C002]
Not all elements of the FA were found in the FA2FP: Zeitkriterium 0716

Can anyone shed some light?
