Hey! Smile

I installed ESYS on my computer according to the instructions. When I try to start according to the instructions, I get an error message:

Loading E-Sys Launcher PSdZ API Module Failed!
Error: C: \ ProgramData \ Tokenmaster \ E-Sys Launcher Pro \ Bin \ PSdZAPI_x64.dll: Can't find dependent libraries.

What does this mean and how is this fixed?

Case resolved. Smile
The program had to be installed on the computer: Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013. The program can be found at this link: Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (x86 and x64).
