JBBF3 JBBFR3 Winkfp Issue

hello people,

i can't program the new control unit (jbbfr3, zubsnr. 9364819) because i'm missing a .ipo file. but the file can't be found in the sp data. not in any other folder. i can't find the file in google either. expert mode doesn't work either because there are no 0pa and 0da in the JBBFR3.DAT file. The control unit must be flashed to the vehicle. i can't get any further.

have someone an idea? or the missing file?
