i drive service log update

Hi everyone i am new to this as of today i am looking for help on how i can update my I drive system. i had it serviced yesterday but the garage could not update the idrive service log. i found this on here BMW-HU-ServiceManager so i downloaded it can someone help me on how to use it or is there a link to a video. Any help would be appreciated
