Programming status 9 m-ask

Hello

I am trying to recover a m-ask unit with programming status 9.

Got the car with a programming abort on mostgw. Tried to program with ista/p. That failed. Tried winkfp, comfort - that failed. Tried nfs emergency flash - failed.
Winkfp expert mode was able to force a flash, but failed at 100%with security access failed, programming state implausible. 
Mostloop is dead
Pulled the unit open, is it the ST chip flash that's for the mostgw? And does anyone have the dump for this on the m-ask? Could only find for ccc.

Or any ideas on tools/methods that could recover by obd?
